What characterizes each type of Headache?
Tension Headache: Usually constant which means occurs every day and is like feeling outside pressue on the head. Sometimes patients may describe burning in the upper most part of head or feeling abnormal y moving something beneath the scalp.
Migraine headache: Usually is longstanding and recurs, characterized by being intermittent in contrast to Tension has days of symptoms free spans. The pain is pulsatile and usually accompanied by discomfort to light and sound. Nausea may be present or even vomiting.

What headaches are Alerting?
Headaches that has sudden or instant onset may be serious.
Headaches of strong intensity associated with vomiting, neurological deficit like weakness or visual disturbance.
Headaches associated with fever, neck stiffness or seizures
